Each DVD comes with a step by step workbook, questionnaire and answer key to ensure that you get the most out of your purchase. Remote Online Training
4 Remote Online Trainings sessions are also included with your purchase of Millennium. A remote connection via high speed internet will allow our certified trainers to connect to your computer, interact with your desktop, and walk you through all areas of Millennium. You have the ability to purchase three additional Remote Training Sessions at a discounted rate of $150.00 when signing onboard with Harms Software & Millennium. Additional Remote Training Sessions can always be purchased separately at a later date.
Onsite Support & Training
Harms Software’s certified trainers are always available for onsite support & installation. They will help prepare you for "going live" with Millennium and making your transition a success. Onsite Support & Installation is an additional fee with your purchase of Millennium. Fees to have a certified trainer at your facility depend upon the seniority of the trainer(s) who are requested or selected to travel to your facility. Additional travel expenses including airfare & hotel will be billed accordingly prior to Onsite Support Services rendered.
Annual Users Group Conference

Harms Software holds a User Group Conference exclusively for Millennium customers is a dynamic mix of Millennium and management/business classes.
